Joe Anthony C. Yarra

Joe Anthony C. Yarra is currently with the firm’s Special Projects, Employment and Immigration, and Corporate Services departments.

He has participated in legal due diligence for various commercial transactions including acquisitions and initial public offerings. He also has experience in general contract review.

Mr. Yarra has assisted in advising clients on employment-related matters including labor standards compliance, legitimate contracting, disciplinary proceedings, and termination issues. He has reviewed employment contracts, employee handbooks, company policies, and other employment-related documents. He also has experience in labor litigation and has assisted in cases before the National Labor Relations Commission.

Mr. Yarra also handles general corporate work. He regularly performs corporate housekeeping services and has assisted in advising clients on general regulatory requirements.
