November 18-19, 2015 (Wednesday and Thursday) have been declared as special (non-working) days in the National Capital Region (NCR), which includes Metro Manila, in view of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders’ Meeting (AELM). Regular office operations resume on November 20 (Friday).
This declaration is contained in Proclamation No. 1072 that was signed on July 13, 2015.

In addition, please note that suspension of work in government offices and school holidays have been declared on November 17 (Tuesday) and November 20 (Friday) in the NCR.
