Multilaw’s 2015 How to Hire and Fire: A Global Guide


Multilaw’s Labour & Employment practice group has released the 2015 edition of How to Hire and Fire: A Global Guide. The collaborative electronic guide serves as a quick but practical guide for everyday labor and employment concerns by providing a summary of key employment law principles across 105 jurisdictions. The guide reflects the law in each jurisdiction as of January 1, 2015.

Aside from the Philippines, jurisdictions covered by the 2015 edition include Australia, Bolivia, Canada, China, Cyprus, Dominican Republic, East Timor, Estonia, Germany, Honduras, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Oman, Pakistan, Peru, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam, among others. The Philippine chapter was written by SyCipLaw partner Leslie C. Dy.
