The World Bank and The International Finance Corporation’s Doing Business 2013: Smarter Regulations for Small and Medium-Size Enterprises is now available for download. The publication covers regulations measured from June 2011 to May 2012, and assesses their effect on domestic firms in 185 economies. Economies are then ranked in ten areas of business regulation.
