• Regional Intellectual Property Law Firm of the Year

• Technology, Media and Telecommunications Law Firm of the Year

ICTSI and Royal Capital’s Tender Offer and Issuance of Securities is also shortlisted as Debt Market Deal of the Year (Midsize). SyCipLaw acted as counsel to the dealer managers for the tender offer and to the joint lead managers for the issuance.
