SyCipLaw wins 2017 IFLR Philippine Law Firm of the Year

SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan won the National Law Firm of the Year (Philippines) at the IFLR Asia Awards 2017. Marievic G. Ramos-Añonuevo, head of the Banking, Finance & Securities group, and Rocky Alejandro L. Reyes, head of the Special Projects group, received the award on the firm’s behalf. Partners Angel M. Salita, Jr.; Philbert E. Varona; and Melyjane G. Bertillo-Ancheta were also on hand to represent the firm.

Two transactions handled by the firm were also shortlisted for deals of the year categories: Tiwi MakBan project bond for Debt & equity-linked deal of the year and Light Rail Manila Corporation’s LRT project for Project finance deal of the year. Read more information about these deals.
