SyCipLaw Authors the Philippine Chapter of the 2022 Insurance Country Guide by Thomson Reuters

SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan (SyCipLaw) contributed the Philippine Chapter of the latest Insurance Country Guide published by Thomson Reuters. The chapter, authored by SyCipLaw Partner Hiyasmin H. Lapitan, gives an overview of the country's insurance regulatory framework which is relevant to the operations of insurance and reinsurance corporations, including the insurance intermediaries.

The Philippine chapter is updated yearly and this 2022 edition includes recent regulations issued by the Philippine Insurance Commission.
