Tanya Beatriz Y. Tan

Tanya Beatriz Y. Tan is a member of the Firm’s Special Projects, Banking, Finance & Securities, and Corporate Services departments.

As a member of the Special Projects department, Tanya regularly advises clients in various queries on importation, food and drug, real estate, advertising and foreign investment, and assists in legal due diligence exercises for commercial transactions and real estate acquisitions.

As a member of the Banking, Finance & Securities department, Tanya has experience assisting in financing and capital market transactions and drafting subscription, loan and security agreements and stock option plans.

Tanya also handles general corporate services and regularly performs corporate housekeeping functions.
