Efren Dominique M. Chatto II


Efren Dominique M. Chatto II is a member of the firm’s Special Projects, Banking, Finance & Securities, and Corporate Services practice groups.

Mr. Chatto has been involved in a number of transactions across various industries, including aviation, construction, energy, e-commerce and internet-based business, telecommunications, casino, hospital, shipping, logistics and remittance.

His work includes conducting legal due diligence, rendering advisory opinions on corporate and regulatory matters, preparing and reviewing transaction documents, and corporate housekeeping.

He has extensive experience in: (i) documentation for various high-value transactions, including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts, power supply agreements, share purchase agreements, and investment agreements; (ii) omnibus loan and security agreements for the financing of aircraft; (iii) government procurement and public-private partnership (PPP) infrastructure projects with national agencies and local government units, involving both solicited and unsolicited proposals; and (iv) providing advice on data privacy matters.
