Rose Ann Joy V. Gonzales

Rose Ann Joy V. Gonzales is a member of the Firm’s Banking, Finance and Securities, Corporate Services, and Special Projects departments.

Rose Ann has worked on various areas of commercial law practice, such as mergers and acquisitions, investment structuring, divestments, project financing, loans, and corporate governance matters, involving diverse industries and assets, including energy, mining, cement, real estate, upstream and downstream liquefied natural gas, casino, business process outsourcing, banking, and healthcare.

She has been involved in capital market transactions such as initial public offerings, and onshore/offshore issuance of bonds and notes by banks and non-bank entities, and in financing projects.

Rose Ann also assists local and foreign clients in drafting and reviewing corporate agreements and rendering advisory opinions on various corporate matters and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
