Raymond Joseph S. Garcia

Raymond Joseph S. Garcia is a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Arbitration and Employment and Immigration departments.

Raymond Joseph (or RJ) is a litigation lawyer who has represented clients in civil and criminal cases before local courts, and in commercial disputes before local and international arbitral tribunals. He has also represented clients before administrative bodies, including the National Labor Relations Commission, the Department of Trade and Industry, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and the Department of Justice.

Since joining the Firm, RJ’s portfolio of cases includes, among others, representing a distributor in arbitration against a big confectionery conglomerate before the Singapore International Arbitration Centre; representing a railway operator before the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Singapore; and representing a multi-national BPO before the employment agencies.
