Mark Kevin U. Dellosa is a member of the Firm’s Employment and Immigration and Corporate Services departments.

Employment Practice

Mr. Dellosa specializes in employment and immigration law. He advises clients on various labor matters, including but not limited to employment issues in corporate restructuring and M&As, employee migration in case of global or local M&As, transfer and dismissal of employees, validity of employer of record or professional employer organization (PEO) arrangement, job outsourcing, immigration, compliance with general labor standards and Occupational Safety and Health Standards, conduct of certification election, strikes, lockouts, and collective bargaining negotiations. He assists clients with day-to-day HR operations and review of employment contracts, company policies, employee handbook, retirement plans, quitclaims, service agreements and other labor-related contracts. He also represents clients in cases before the National Labor Relations Commission, the Department of Labor and Employment, the National Conciliation and Mediation Board, and the Philippine courts.

He serves labor clients from various industries, such as banking, manufacturing, education, business process outsourcing, insurance, warehousing and logistics, trucking, shipping and transportation sectors.

Corporate Services

Mr. Dellosa has been involved in setting up companies in the Philippines, implementing corporate restructuring, conducting legal due diligence, and corporate housekeeping. He has been part of corporate projects in the pharmaceutical, solar power, food, clothing, and transportation industries.

Mr. Dellosa presently provides corporate secretarial services to several clients, including a foundation.

Mr. Dellosa has been involved in the following projects:

• Listing of J&T Global Express on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE), which listing is HKSE’s second-largest initial public offering for 2023. He assisted in the labor and litigation aspects of the due diligence.
• Acquisition of Citibank’s Philippine consumer or retail banking business by UnionBank of the Philippines. He assisted Citibank in the labor aspect of the transaction and advised on employee migration.
• Investment by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) in a local independent tower company. He assisted in the employment due diligence and employee migration.
• Business acquisition of a ride-hailing app business. He assisted Grab in the labor aspect of the transaction and advised on employee migration.
• Due diligence in connection with the acquisition by Alipay Singapore of 45% interest in a wholly owned subsidiary of Globe Telecom, Inc.
• Corporate and labor aspects of the business acquisition of a power grids business, a software company, and a domestic logistics company.

He has been cited as “Key Lawyer” for Labour and Employment by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific in 2024 and 2025.
