Paolo Gabriel P. Bautista

Paolo Gabriel P. Bautista is a member of the firm’s Banking, Finance & Securities, Special Projects, and Taxation departments. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Bautista has been involved in projects in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets (debt and equity), and debt financing. He has worked on merger notification and assisted on a full administrative investigation before the Philippine Competition Commission. In the area of taxation, he has assisted clients in disputes before the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Court of Tax Appeals.
