Maria Luisa J. Sebastian

Maria Luisa J. Sebastian is a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Arbitration Department.

She handles civil, commercial, criminal, and tax litigation cases before the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Court of Tax Appeals, Sandiganbayan, trial courts, Department of Justice, and prosecutor’s office. She also represents clients before administrative bodies including the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission, Department of Trade and Industry, Philippine Competition Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Energy Regulatory Commission, Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, Human Settlements Adjudication Commission, and Land Transportation Office.

Lui also represents clients in commercial and construction arbitration cases, as well as in related court proceedings.

She likewise has experience in representing corporate clients before the National Labor Relations Commission, handling general corporate work, and assisting in special projects involving domestic and foreign corporations.
