Leslie C. Dy is a Senior Partner and Head of the Firm’s Employment and Immigration department. She specializes in employment and labor law, handling arbitration, litigation, and collective bargaining negotiations, among others. Her practice also includes corporate services, mergers & acquisitions, product liability litigation, family relations, estate planning and settlement, and land disputes.

Leslie gives counsel and advice to local and foreign investors on Philippine law in general and extends comprehensive assistance to multinational companies across various industries in their day-to-day employment-related issues and concerns, including disciplinary actions, compliance and benefits policies, retirement, and employee stock option plans.
