Jamie Lindsey A. Cristobal is a member of the Firm’s Special Projects, Banking, Finance and Securities, and Employment and Immigration departments. Her practice areas involve consumer protection, food, promotions and marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and recruitment and deployment.

Jamie regularly advises clients on compliance with consumer protection and marketing regulations, covering matters such as advertisements, product labeling, and sales promotions. She also advises in aviation projects, where she assists clients in aircraft and engine leasing, financing, and regulatory compliance.

She has participated in various legal due diligence and has been involved in projects involving the acquisition of interests across diverse industries, including energy, real estate, logistics, healthcare, education, casino, and business process outsourcing.

Complementing her corporate and regulatory work, Jamie also advises clients on various labor matters, handling issues concerning the recruitment and deployment of migrant workers, employee transfers and dismissals, and labor implications arising from corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions.
