James Patrick L. Urquiola is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Tax, and Corporate Services departments.
James handles civil, criminal, commercial, and tax cases before trial and appellate courts and various government agencies. He has assisted and advised clients on tax-related matters involving assessments and appeals, tax planning and structuring, compliance, and international taxation. In addition, James handles corporate housekeeping work, including the preparation and submission of applications and reportorial requirements to various government agencies.
He is also a Certified Public Accountant, having passed the CPA Board Examinations in October 2016.
