Fenina has worked on projects involving acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and investment structuring of companies across various industries such as energy and power, food and beverage and insurance. She also has experience in project and corporate financing involving energy, power, manufacturing and telecommunications industries, and in engineering, procurement and construction projects.
