Christian B. Llido is based in the Firm’s Cebu office. His areas of practice include civil, criminal and labor litigation, employment, real estate transactions/special projects and general corporate services.
Christian has been involved in litigation work and has handled numerous civil, criminal and labor cases in the regular courts, both trial and appellate (i.e., Supreme Court, Court of Appeals and Court of Tax Appeals), as well as before quasi-judicial agencies such as the Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) and Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC).
In his practice in employment law, Christian has handled labor cases and matters and has rendered legal advice on labor and employment concerns of various clients. He also has experience on employment relations, certification elections, strikes, employee discipline and investigation, and review of company code of conduct and policies as well as formulation/review of employment contracts or agreements. Christian’s experience in special projects has involved due diligence for corporate acquisitions or for land/realty purchases, and preparation or review of commercial agreements (e.g., lease, power supply, mining-related and construction) or service contracts.
Christian also handles general corporate services and acts as corporate secretary for several corporations.
