Franhzi T. Ferraris is a member of the Firm's Litigation and Arbitration, Employment and Immigration, Tax, and Intellectual Property practice groups.
Mr. Ferraris handles civil and criminal cases, and tax litigation before the regular trial courts, the Court of Appeals, the Court of Tax Appeals, and the Supreme Court. He also handles cases before administrative and quasi-judicial agencies such as the Insurance Commission, the Department of Trade and Industry - Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau, the Commission on Audit, the Civil Aeronautics Board, and the Department of Justice. He has also assisted in cases before the Philippine Construction Industry Arbitration Commission and the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.
Mr. Ferraris has experience in representing clients before the National Labor Relations Commission, the Department of Labor and Employment, and the labor arbiters. He has advised clients on various employment-related issues, such as labor standards and labor relations.
