Christopher A. Capulong is a member of the Firm's Banking, Finance and Securities, Corporate Services, and Special Projects departments. His practice areas involve mergers and acquisitions, telecommunications, media, technology, food, promotions and marketing, consumer protection, and data privacy.
Mr. Capulong regularly advises clients in various industries on privacy and data protection issues (e.g., employee data policies, SCHREMS II assessments, data transfers, data breaches, and general compliance with privacy regulations).
He also advises clients for compliance with consumer protection, promotions and marketing regulations (e.g., advertisements, product labels, online business restrictions, and consumer act protection).
Mr. Capulong has participated in various legal due diligence matters and been involved in projects involving the acquisition of interests in various industries, including energy, telecommunications, health device retail, transportation, and business process outsourcing, and virtual asset industries.
