Angeline Kaye A. de Vera is based in the Firm’s Davao office.
Angeline handles civil, criminal, commercial, labor, and administrative cases before trial courts, appellate courts, and various government agencies. She has experience in corporate rehabilitation and liquidation, enforcement of arbitral awards, probate proceedings, and expropriation matters, among others.
Angeline has also advised clients on matters involving family law, enforcement of foreign judgments, incorporation, and dissolution. In addition, she advises clients on employment-related issues, including labor standards, labor relations, disciplinary actions, and immigration matters. She has also assisted with intellectual property matters before the relevant government agencies. Moreover, she manages general corporate work for several domestic and foreign corporations.
