Angel M. Salita, Jr., a senior partner in SyCipLaw, is a lawyer and a mechanical engineer. His practice area is corporate law, specializing in special projects (including power, renewable energy, geothermal, hydro and other energy, oil and gas, telecommunications, water, construction, BOT or PPP, and other infrastructure laws), project finance, acquisition, investment, and banking.

• Lenders’ project financing of San Miguel’s Limay coal-fired power plant;
• Lenders’ project financing of San Miguel’s Malita coal-fired power plant;
• Meralco PowerGen’s acquisition of equity interest in Global Business Power Corporation;
• Meralco PowerGen’s acquisition of substantial interest in RP Energy coal-fired power project; and
