Ana Regina A. Buban

Ana Regina A. Buban is a member of the firm’s Banking, Finance and Securities, Special Projects, and Corporate Services departments.

Ms. Buban’s practice covers investments, securities transactions, financing, labor law, and corporate services. She has advised clients on legal aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure, and Philippine Economic Zone Authority-related matters.

Ms. Buban has experience in reviewing loan agreements and other commercial documents and has assisted in the closing of significant commercial transactions. These transactions include acting as counsel to underwriters for the public offer and sale of preferred shares and corporate bonds of major real estate developers, and conducting due diligence and assisting in the drafting of loan facility documents to finance renewable energy projects.

Ms. Buban has advised local and international clients on various employment-related issues, including labor standards compliance, industrial relations, and administrative disciplinary proceedings.

Ms. Buban also handles general corporate work for domestic and foreign corporations.
