Alija Rowie Schailey M. Pandapatan

Alija Rowie Schailey M. Pandapatan is a member of the Firm’s Special Projects and Banking, Finance, and Securities Departments. His broad and diverse corporate practice includes M&As, financing, corporate structuring, banking and securities, and capital markets, with a specialization in energy law.

Alija has been involved in initial public and follow-on offerings of energy, construction, and mining entities and has been involved in various M&As. He has also advised on various corporate matters and transactions involving technology, banking, corporate and project financing, capital markets, insurance, and real estate, among others.

In addition to his wide corporate practice, Alija has also rendered various corporate services to many corporate clients.
