Arvin Kristopher A. Razon

Arvin Kristopher A. Razon is a member of the firm’s Special Projects, Banking, Finance & Securities, and Arbitration & Litigation practice groups.

Mr. Razon has experience in conducting legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing contracts, and providing advice to clients. In particular, he regularly advises clients on technology, media, and telecommunications matters. He also advises clients on data privacy issues.

Mr. Razon has handled cases before the lower courts and the Court of Appeals.

He also teaches undergraduate business law subjects.
