President Benigno S. Aquino III has declared January 15, 16 and 19, 2015 (Thursday, Friday and Monday) as special non-working days in the National Capital Region, which includes Metro Manila, in view of the visit of Pope Francis. This declaration is contained in Proclamation No. 936 that was signed on December 22, 2014.
