Freshfields’ 2021 edition of its Asia Employment Law Bulletin is now available. The 2021 edition of the annual bulletin will be focused on the future of work as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Fourteen countries across the Asia-Pacific region, including the Philippines, contributed to this bulletin. SyCipLaw partner Leslie C. Dy wrote the Philippine chapter.
Apart from the future of work in the region as the result of COVID-19, the 2021 edition also discussed some of the key legal issues and legislative developments that was seen in 2020 in APAC region, as well as key changes that is expected to be seen this year.
