Jose F. Justiniano
Mr. Justiniano has been with SyCipLaw since 1982. His field of expertise is litigation and arbitration, having extensive experience in handling criminal cases either as a private prosecutor or as a defense counsel. He has handled cases involving rebellion, sedition, murder, homicide, kidnapping, illegal detention, rape, seduction, robbery, theft, estafa (swindling), malversation, falsification, counterfeiting, trademark/patent infringement, violation of the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act, anti-money laundering, illegal recruitment, and illegal gambling.Mr. Justiniano earned his Bachelor of Laws from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1975 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1976. He is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC).
Rosevee R. Paylip-Guiang
Ms. Paylip-Guiang joined the firm in 2011. She specializes in litigation and arbitration, and corporate services. A native of Zambales, she earned her Bachelor of Laws in 2008 from the Far Eastern University where she graduated 2nd honors. Prior to joining the firm, she taught immigration law at New Era University.She is a member of the Subic Bay Freeport Chamber of Commerce and is the assistant corporate secretary of Wolfe Marine Corporation.
