Loubelle L. Razon is a senior associate at SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan. She joined the law firm in 2016. She is a member of the firm's Special Projects, Banking, Finance & Securities, and Labor practice groups.

Ms. Razon's practice deals with various fields of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, corporate services, and other special projects.

She assists in providing legal advice to clients on (i) foreign investment issues, banking regulations, and PEZA regulations; (ii) incorporation of domestic corporations and registration of branches of foreign corporations, and post registration requirements (i.e., registration with the local government units, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Bureau of Customs). She also does due diligence for acquisition projects, handles general corporate services and general contract drafting, review and negotiations.
