Rio Mei L. Uy
Rio Mei L. Uy is a member of the Firm's Banking, Finance & Securities, Special Projects, and Tax departments. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Ms. Uy has been involved in projects in the areas of mergers and acquisitions across a variety of industries, capital markets (debt and equity) and assisted clients in disputes before the Court of Tax Appeals. She handles general corporate work for clients, including advising on regulatory and tax compliance matters. Ms. Uy has also been involved in aviation projects, particularly with regard to legal research, aircraft and engine leases and regulatory compliance.
