Accounting Assistant (Corporations)

  1.  Prepare check vouchers and checks, expanded withholding tax form and financial entries for disbursement;
  2.  Prepare and issue official receipts, inspect the creditable withholding tax received from lessee and record the financial entries for collections;
  3.  Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and cash account monitoring;
  4.  Record the monthly journal entries to the books of accounts (softcopy and manual) – bookkeeping;
  5.  Prepare the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports;
  6.  Handle the preparation of tax reporting requirements, filings and payments with BIR;
  7.  Handle the regular external audit activities;
  8.  Handle filing of audited financial statements to BIR and SEC and verification of data in the general information sheet;
  9.  Maintain and update the contract database- lessee and suppliers;
  10.  Perform other jobs in the Department related to Corporations that maybe assigned.

  •  Candidate must be a graduate of Accountancy.
  •  Preferably with 1 year of experience in accounting / audit work.
