Security and Safety Assistant

  1.  Coordinate with the contracted SSHG night shift security guards and coordinate with building security in the implementation of physical security and safety policies and procedures
  2.  Monitor CCTV including review of footages during incidents and reporting (repairs and maintenance c/o Facilities Supervisor)
  3.  Assist guests / employees during emergency situations and liaise with external authorities as necessary (Barangay San Lorenzo, MACEA, Makati LGUs, etc.)
  4.  Conduct investigations, record reported or observed incidents related to security and safety, attend to incidences, prepare and submit preliminary reports
  5.  Ensure that security and safety equipment are properly maintained and operational (FDAS, Biometrics, etc.)
  6.  Conduct daily physical hazard inspections and resolve safety hazard situations
  7.  Assist management in conducting regular risk assessments and review of emergency preparedness procedures
  8.  Attend to and log all incoming calls after office hours and during weekends
  9.  Perform other tasks that may be assigned

  •  Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Criminology graduate; Certification in Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training, an advantage
  •  With at least 1-2 years of experience in security and safety, including CCTV operation
  •  Candidate must possess the following:
    •  Excellent analytical skills
    •  Very good oral and written communication skills
    •  Good interpersonal skills
    •  Average skills in MS Windows applications
