Accounting Assistant


Responsibilities:
  1.  Handle firm-related disbursements
  2.  Prepare bank reconciliations
  3.  Handle BIR compliance and reporting requirements
  4.  Update, monitor and prepare reports related to Partner’s accounts and other requirements
  5.  Comply with external audit requirements
  6.  Assist the Senior Accountant and Managers in preparing reports as required by management
  7.  Perform other jobs in the Department that may be assigned

Requirements:
  •  Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
  •  Preferably with 1 year of experience in accounting/audit work
  •  Candidate must possess the following:
    •  Above average skills in MS Excel
    •  Basic skills in MS Word
    •  Above average analytical skills
    •  Multitasking skills
